I paid for this thing where, you get a lot of people, but it's not showing up like after I creat stuff. If you can't fix it, I want my money back because I'm not having it.
I want this to be a feedback because I love the game and all it's super great it's just that I wish the houses and other cities were free because then I'll be like a super awesome game so hopefully this can happen?
I had to redownload the game 2 times because of bugs and when I tried making characters it only put one character and I didn't know where the others went but it is a good game but something that weird me out is that you can't pay the things with the gift cards and only credit so that is really strange and I tried.

I would have give this a 5 star but some of the glitch are just horrible i leave the app and open again like 4 different times I even had to Uninstall it but after that I still get glitch sometimes when I create a character but overall it not that bad.
Game is this game is so fun when you have tthis app gives you a prize every so and in Christmas that gives you one every day I love the new furniture it's kind of sad that I can't buy it cuz I need to be a member but overall I still like my house and stuff it gives you plenty of stuff to decorate I need my own little house with my own furniture and it's great so yeah you should totally download this app don't listen to any other ones that have been posted🥰

I personally love this app it's amazing I got the whole world and everything but the problem is with the new hello Kitty update I was building my house and I kept glitching on the upstairs of the mansion and my brother deleted the app by accident he didn't know and now I don't have the hello Kitty act like when I try to build the house it doesn't show the pack of the hello Kitty stuff.
I worked so hard on my house but then the app just deleted ALL my decorations and it happened to my cousin too! I reloaded but I did not work. Don't get to attached or this might happen to you and waste all your time.
This is a really cool game I have been playing this for a year now and there's this one little thing that bothers me so much it's the fact that every time I get into the game I only get to stay in there for at least 2 minutes and then it glitches me out and then my progress is resetted and I don't have the things bought so can you please make a log in and sign up thing so no one's progress is deleted please
So I have played this since I was 7 but and it was really cool now!! I got the "hello-kitty" update and 10 days later the thing were I get the people!! Three is NO PEOPLE I RESET, I TOLD OF MY PHONE AND NOTING HAPPENEDS! so pls fix it so I can have people so I can use them to play
I love the game. Always have. But for the past few months, it has deleted my house, my characters, and my gifts from the post shop. I get it, you're busy making new updates. But please, fix the glitches first. They make me not want to play anymore. Thank you. I will play everyday if the glitches are fixed. If not, I probably won't play. What's the point of making characters, if they get deleted? Same with my house. I worked very hard on it. Again, please FIX the glitches once and for all.
I think this game is good but I think this game needs more houses to decorate and more places to have fun with (most of the map is great) I also think their should be a online a friend and a by yourself one.

That is a really great game but when I brought my daughter the animal pack with the cute animal things it charged me but my daughter didn't get her things and I want my daughter to get the animal things for free
They should put more houses and marts for the people that don't have packs. Like my daughter asks if she can get a pack but I can't. I feel so bad. You should definitely put houses and marts for the people. That can't or don't have any packs that's just messed up. People will probably stop playing cause they can't get packs and they'll get bored so yeah. That's why I put a two stars

Bro you guys need to freaking fix this stupid glitch everytime I get on toca it shows a loading screen and says "starting" and so I wait for a few hours and it still says starting I'ma need you guys to fix that right now!!!!..
This game is very fun and I love the characters and houses they come with but my world has been recently resetting and that's not ok, it's reset 4 times and I worked hard each and Everytime it reset. I don't think it's fair that something I worked for a long time (1-2 years) just disappears? I also don't like how stuff dosnt go against the wall. So I give it a (★★✩✩✩)

I lovee I mean love the game but u just want my little people to go somewhere else big better I'm really sad I can't do that bc the world's and haft of the game cost money and I would the game to all be free bc why make a game for 6-8 yr kids and I'm 11 playing thus so I would politely ask for the whole game to be free. I like this game but all of that stuff you saw on the video you don't actually start out with that and all those people you said you can make you can't make that much when you start off with it so fast advertisement but you can't get that stuff but you have to pay for it which I can't do that so I did this a three-star how do you like it though three star ✨

It's an ok game it's pretty fun not alot of house decor choices that you begin with almost everything in the game cost money to get and sometimes when I put on a cute outfit and leave my house it'll change my outfit to a white tee shirt and some jeans:/
Well now everyday when I try to log into the game it won't like log me in and it and it's getting pretty annoying all I can see is the white scream and not the face and I'm just trying to do a roleplay so they need to fix that
